Practitioner Profile Pages (where applicable)

Profile pages are provided on the healingsbyriajohar.com site as a service to licensed practitioners and instructors, upon completion of a relevant seminar. Profiles can be upgraded to a monthly service term, during which time the service fees are non-refundable. After the conclusion of your initial service term, all services are cancelable with fourteen (14) days' notice to healingsbyriajohar.com in writing or via e-mail. All services can be renewed for a period equal to the initial service term, provided payment of the non-refundable service fee is received by healingsbyriajohar.com prior to the expiry of your service term, unless notice is given to healingsbyriajohar.com in writing or via e-mail fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration of the immediately preceding term. Healingsbyriajohar.com reserves the right to cancel or modify any of its services, and you agree that healingsbyriajohar.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes to the services. In the event you fail to pay for any services provided by healingsbyriajohar.com, healingsbyriajohar.com reserves the right to cancel your account and forward your account to legal representation or a credit and collection agency to ensure payment in full. If your account is forwarded to our legal representative or a credit and collection agency, you will be responsible for all amounts due and owing for the services, as well as any and all costs and fees associated with said collections, including any professional fees and costs.

Users will self-manage their profile pages via a login and provided content management system and are solely responsible for the information provided therein, some of which will display publicly on healingsbyriajohar.com and other websites. These fees are non-refundable.
